Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products sold by LigginsLoungeLLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including Voice Cleaner for Mac. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase of a Pro license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on Apple Silicon Macs that you own or control. The free version is licensed similarly but may include limitations on features and batch processing.

You may:

• Install and use the software on any Apple Silicon Mac you personally own or operate.
• Use the software for personal, educational, or commercial content creation (podcasting, video production, etc.).
• Process any audio files you have lawful rights to process.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or its license key.
• Use the software as part of a hosted service, SaaS product, or cloud offering.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the machine-learning models.
• Use the software to process audio in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

2. One-Time Purchase / No Subscription

Voice Cleaner Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees, subscription charges, or "Pro monthly" tiers. The free version is provided at no cost with limited features. We do not automatically charge for renewals or upgrades.

3. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive a license key via email to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping this email address current. We are not liable for failed delivery due to an incorrect or unmonitored email address.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy on Pro purchases. See the Refund Policy page for full terms. Free downloads are not eligible for refunds as they are provided at no cost.

5. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific audio-cleanup needs or that it will operate without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software ($29).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of {{JURISDICTION}}.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the software.
