Refund Policy

At LigginsLoungeLLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for refunds on Voice Cleaner Pro.

14-day refund on Pro purchases

If Voice Cleaner Pro does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund:

• Email us at ligginslounge@gmail.com with the email address you used for purchase and your order ID (included in your receipt email).
• We will process the refund within 5 business days.
• Your license key will be deactivated and will no longer unlock Pro features.

Free version

The free version of Voice Cleaner is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund if the software has been used in a manner that violates our Terms of Service, or if more than 14 days have elapsed since purchase. We reserve the right to limit refunds to a single request per customer.

How refunds are issued

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. We do not retain any portion of the refunded amount. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.
